ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order has been processed. Express or Priority Shipping may arrive sooner depending on your selected shipping option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Express or Priority Shipping may arrive sooner depending on your selected shipping option.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. Express or Priority Shipping may arrive sooner depending on your selected shipping option.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to the address provided at checkout.

Once your shipping label is created, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

To avoid delays, please ensure:

• Your shipping address is accurate and complete
• Apartment numbers, suites, or unit details are included (if applicable)

⚠️ SoPrettyBundles is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, SoPrettyBundles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

PICKUP OPTION

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to receive their order in person.

Please select the “Pickup” option at checkout.

⚠️ Pickup orders must be confirmed as available before placing your order. Unconfirmed pickup orders will be canceled.
