RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order has been placed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

We take great care to ensure each order is processed accurately and meets our quality standards before it is shipped or released for pickup. In the rare event that an error occurs on our end, we are happy to review the issue and work toward a resolution.

IMPORTANT: ITEM CONDITION

We will not accept refunds or exchanges for any items that are unraveled, damaged, used, worn, dyed, altered, or otherwise manipulated. Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items thoroughly before unraveling, installing, coloring, cutting, or applying any products.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

⚠️ Any concerns reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review, replacement, or correction.
